"I've had the same State Farm policy for 50 years and Carl Ferraro has been my agent for the last 30 years. When something is good, you stick with it. "Carl Ferraro has been my agent at State Farm for at least 20 years. Whenever I need anything, all employees are very helpful and available. This week, Marlene and Kimberly both helped me with an issue of an odometer reading. They both sent me an email to ensure I had their contact information for when I returned the necessary paperwork. "Ive been with Carl Ferraro forever! recently we had a couple of big things happen in the respect of claims and such,so when the adjuster was a problem the whole team at the Carl Ferraro office stepped in and made sure that i was taken care of and the claim was handled properly! not to mention we had some accounting to do and this all went smoothly as well!
